We are here visiting for nationals and we went here for my daughter’s 13th birthday and the whole experience was great! The food was amazing and our waitress and entire staff were top notch! They informed us that they were short staffed and couldn’t really sing like they normally do but the waitress offered and bought my daughter a slice of cheesecake and a beach towel! Absolutely would go back!!

From the moment we sat down, Ashley was polite, professional, and incredibly personable. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive, and she made some great recommendations that hit the spot! She was quick without rushing us, attentive without hovering, and genuinely kind — the kind of server who makes the entire dining experience that much better. Everything we needed, she anticipated. Every question we had, she answered with confidence and a smile. If you’re dining at Mr. & Mrs. Crab, ask for Ashley — she’s truly excellent on every level and made our meal feel like a celebration! While on vacation, we ended up eating here twice! The first time was through DoorDash after a long day at Disney World — we were too tired to go anywhere. But let me tell you, the food blew us away! It was so good we had to visit the restaurant in person a few days later. The seafood boils back home don’t even compare. Flavorful, fresh, and seasoned just right — this spot is a must-try if you’re in the area
We celebrated our daughter's birthday, and it was the first time we all visited Mr. & Mrs. Crab, and we all loved the food, service, and atmosphere. We surely will be returning.
AMAZING service, exceptional cleanliness, accurate order was received & hot food was placed on the table in a timely manner. All employees were smiling and welcoming. Continued to check on me during the duration of my visit. The catfish bites were utterly delicious, steamed oysters were good, coconut shrimp was okay, crab leg bag was well seasoned, BUT extremely oily. There was way too much oil in the bag. Overall YES, I will eat here again!

The Resturant is in the shopping mall. They have a separate entrance for when the mall closes. We got the specials for 2 and thoroughly enjoyed our meat. The house dressing was amazing! Great experience!
We absolutely loved our meals and the whole experience while we were dining. The food was cooked perfectly and our service was unbelievably great. I hate that I forgot our servers name before doing the review because she was awesome. We will be back!
